Good morning all. I'm a little late is sharing today's post. We are taking another look at all of the beautiful projects that our Guest Designer Patty shared with us during the month.

And Patty's final card is an adorable Valentine. I really love that elephant!!!

I'm forever in need of thank you cards, and I believe the recipient of this one will enjoy it anytime of year!

Kitty with Latte' ...

Good morning! Ruza here to share an adorable card featuring some of the NEW Stamps released in August by Great Impressions Stamps.

I love coffee images even though I'm not a coffee drinker. That being said, I really had to create a card featuring the adorable Kitty with Latte' (E901). Copic Markers were used to color this adorable Kitty. School is in session, and we all need Teacher Thank You cards so I used apple design paper for my design.

I added the Latte' Sentiment (C498) to the inside of my card, and brought the apple design paper to the inside.

Here is a closer look at Kitty with Latte' ...

Good morning all. Our Guest Designer Patty made a super cute Valentine to share with us today.

She used the adorable All a Flutter Lottie (F541), which she colored and framed beautifully. The Would You Sentiment (E779) is a perfect match for this lovely image.

I don't know about you, but I can see myself using the All a Flutter Lottie (F541) for many occasions ... birthday cards for kids, Anniversary card, or just for FUN to cheer a loved one up.

Patty did a beautiful job on her card. Make sure you hop on over to her Blog for all of the details on how she created her card, and don't forget to leave her some love!

Second Spring

Greetings, fellow stamp lovers.  Julie here today, sharing a sweet Fall card.

Autumn is my favorite season.  I love the cool, crisp weather, the earth colors, the vibrant leaves.  This adorable image and wonderful sentiment sum up the season for me:

This card uses Great Impressions Stamps F492 Fall Clean Up, and E550 Second Spring.

I colored F492 Fall Clean Up with Copic markers, using the colors from this month's Great Impressions Stamps Challenge inspiration board:

The challenge goes all month, ending September 30, so there's still plenty of time to join us.  Of course, we'd love to see a Great Impressions Stamps image, and there's incentive if you do!

Do some shopping in the Great Impressions Store, too.  You'll find these 2 wonderful stamps there, plus so much more!

The cute stamps are called (H132) Baby Blocks and (F525) Stars and Heart Border. I stamped them onto white cardstock and used Copics to color them. I added some patterned paper to mat the images and machine stitched around the whole panel. I wanted to keep this a gender neutral card.

Mermaid

Hello! Leah from Paper Blossoms here today I have a fun card to share with you that would be a great card to give to anyone who loves mermaids. My daughter does!

This fun image is called (H182) Rachel in the Sea. The sentiment is from (G483) Tags.  I stamped the mermaid and sentiment onto watercolor paper and used Gansai Tambi watercolors to color the image. Couldn't have a mermaid without watercolors! Some machine stitching and twine finish it off.

Happy Fall ...

Good morning! Ruza here to share an adorable card featuring the Kitties in Pumpkins (H272) and Fall Kaboodle Sentiment (D510) from Great Impressions Stamps.

Aren't those Kitties in Pumpkins so adorable! I had an so much fun coloring them in with my Copic Markers, and fussy cutting a few of them to create a 3D effect. Those that were fussy cut, were layered on with 3D Foam Squares and regular adhesive. I added in some grass under the image using distress ink and a dauber, and then added the Fall Kaboodle Sentiment underneath. I matted the whole panel onto black cardstock, and then layered it on my orange card.

Here is a closer look at those adorable Kitties in Pumpkins ...

Let's give a BIG Welcome to our Guest Designer Patty Eifert
Patty will be sharing her creations during the Month of September will all of us.

I live in Ft. Wright Kentucky with my husband Paul. We've been married for 40 years now! I am a mother of three ... two girls, one boy. Grandmother to 10 (5 granddaughters and 5 grandsons, with #11 on the way ... another boy!). I am truly blessed, and just wish I had the energy to keep up with them all!! My daughter Elaine introduced me to scrapbooking through a Creative Memories home party a long, long time ago! I made scrapbooks for my three children, and then when I finished ... somehow got caught up with the whole crazy online crafty card making world and was hooked. I had a ton of scrapbooking accessories left and thought I could put them to use in card making. I try to always make my family event and holiday cards, but have so many supplies I thought I could possibly do more, so I create cards to donate to charities also. It's such a fun and relaxing hobby!!

Now let's see what Patty created to inspire you this month!

I've Missed You!

Here we are, the start of Labor Day weekend.  How did that happen, anyway?!?  This is Julie with you today, hoping you find time for whatever it is you enjoy!  I'm hoping to do some crafting, get on the Harley, and take some walks with the dog and my husband.  That is my idea of the perfect end-of-summer weekend!

Speaking of summer and motorcycles, on a recent ride, we saw fields and fields of beautiful sunflowers, all tipping their lovely faces towards the sun.  That scene was the inspiration for today's card:

This uses 2 stamps from Great Impressions Stamps:  H232 - Sunflower Frame, and A121 - Missed You.

I colored H232 - Sunflower Frame with Copic markers, using my mind's eye to get the color I remembered from that motorcycle ride!  Once I had the sunflower colored, I stamped my A121- Missed You sentiment in the middle of the frame.  Then, it was time to fussy cut the frame, and assemble the card.

Great Impressions Stamps is sponsoring the AUD Sentiments blog this week, where the theme is Anything Goes with a Sentiment.  I'll be entering this card on the challenge, and I hope you'll join in, too!

There's a new challenge starting on the Great Impressions Stamps blog on Sunday.  Come join in the fun!
